11.24. The Woman Who Wrote With Clouds
(Location: Upper Sugadaira Lookout Post)
Description:
No equipment remained. Just a concrete pad and a metal plaque with names etched in a spiral. But as they stood, the clouds thickened. Letters appeared in the mist—not formed by vapor, but absence. Juna read them: *“It is coming back around.”* The plaque warmed slightly beneath her hand. Judai took a photograph; the letters didn’t appear. “We can’t keep it,” Juna said. “Only witness.” They stayed until the clouds dissipated. Nothing more came. Except the sense that someone had signed a message with their whole body.

Very Short Story:
The next morning, fog again. No words. But a new line etched itself into the metal: “You stayed.” Judai blinked. The name beside it was his. But he had never visited this station before. Had he?
